Programming the room key repeatedly was a hassle, with it failing multiple times. The promised heated indoor pool was disappointingly cold, and receiving mixed messages about its maintenance was frustrating. the uphill walk to the hotel involved areas without sidewalks, making excursions into town feel less safe and more cumbersome.

Couples seeking a decent stay

The staff was incredibly nice. Seriously, Maria and Elisabeth were like the MVPs! They went above and beyond, even suggesting local spots when I was clueless about what to do.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but acceptable enough for what you get.

I stayed in the Double Room and it was spacious and comfy. The views were incredible—waking up to those landscapes every day was amazing. Plus, the soundproofing was surprisingly good. I didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. The only downside was that the indoor pool could have been warmer, but the gardens around were beautiful for a stroll.

The spacious Double Room with Panoramic View was perfect for our family, and the breathtaking views from the balcony were a highlight. Breakfasts were fantastic with plenty of fresh items, and we especially loved the serene atmosphere by the pool, which was unique for a hotel.

The walk to town can be challenging.

Just returned from a week-long solo trip. The staff really made my stay special, always friendly and helpful. My suite was huge with a lovely balcony to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets.
